LATEST NEWS:  All Phillips Institute courses are now TUITION FEE FREE – just like TAFE – for Skills First funding eligible students!  If you are an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident, and you’re doing the training in Victoria, you are eligible for funding.  If you’re eligible for one of these funding programs, you will only pay the cost of resources and administration.  And even if you’re not eligible, our Full Fee for Service (non-funded) fees are very reasonably priced.  We also offer easy payment plans, so you can spread your payments over the duration of your course.  Check your eligibility now by completing this online checker:

You may be eligible for the Skills First training subsidy, delivered with Victorian and Commonwealth Government funding, if you meet the following eligibility criteria:
You are: an Australian Citizen, or an Australian Permanent Resident (holder of a permanent visa), or a New Zealand Citizen and you are: not currently enrolled in two funded courses˄.

Phillips Institute is approved to provide funded training under the Victorian Skills First program. This funded training must take place with a physical presence in Victoria.

Concession fees

Concession fees apply only to Skills First eligible applicants who also hold a current Health Care Card, Pension Card or other applicable concession card.  Concession eligible applicants are entitled to a reduction in the student enrolment fee contribution!  Diploma programs are excluded from this concession discount.
