Update on lockdown and classes

20/08/2021 Update

We trust everyone is keeping safe and well during this difficult time.  This is a quick update to let you know we are here to support you all during your studies.  Please feel free to reach out to our student services team in the office if there is anything you need.

As you are all aware, Melbourne is currently under stage 4 lockdown with curfew, therefore we have again switched to remote learning for our class-based students at all locations.

Many of our courses include a textbook as the primary resource.  Some of the newer students have recently received their textbooks by direct delivery to their homes.  We will continue making these deliveries so that you have all you need and can continue studying without interruption.  For this reason, it is very important that you keep your contact information such as your phone, email and home address up to date.

In addition, for those students who require practical training and assessment before placement, we will organise on site training at our Carnegie facility subject to current government directions and following public health advice.  In an abundance of caution we have postponed those practical training days for now and will review the situation over the coming weeks.

Until we see you again, stay strong and look after yourselves.
