This policy relates to the delivery of digital or physical products when paid for via online payment system.
Digital products
After ordering and paying online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details.
We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes. Phillips Institute will attempt to deliver your online resources within 24-48 hours of payment of fees, depending on confirmation of receipt of your payment. Physical goods
Phillips Institute does not currently supply any physical goods via its online payment system.
